Turnaround: I will complete the commission within a month of the invoice date. (may be longer or shorter depending on complexity as well as revision notes)
Progress shots: I will send progess shots of each of the following steps - sketch, line art, base colors, final
with each step, I will accept revision notes.REFUNDS
-I only allow full refunds any time before I begin the line art, or in the case of sketch commissions, only in the first 24 hours of my process.

PERMISSIONS
I may refuse any commission with little to no explanation.I retain all original rights to the artwork I produce in a commission.
Upon accepting a commission, I will have the right to record or stream my drawing process and share it online, unless requested otherwise.If you'd like a commercial license, please let me know and I'll let you purchase the rights from me. The fee amount is dependent on what your intended use of the image is for. You must still credit me as the artist for the image's use with the purchase of a license.If the commission is of pre-existing characters (Fanart), I have the right to sell said art on prints, stickers, etc unless specifically requested otherwise. This only applies for those who did not buy a license. I will always ask beforehand if it's OK to use! I will never use commission art of Original Characters for anything except the promotion of my commissions and sharing on social media/art sites.Commissions are never to be sold or minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) by clients or others even with a commercial license.
